Fed by the Caney and Sandy creeks Lake Pinkston is located about ten miles southwest of  Center, Texas. The lake covers about 540 acres. 

Common fish species include: largemouth bass, crappie, and sunfish. NOTE: State records indicate that a 16.9 pound Black Bass was caught on this little lake.
