Located about six miles east of Quinlan, Lake Tawakoni covers about 36,700 acres and is fed by the Sabine River and area creeks. Fish species of interest to sport fisherman include: striped bass, hybrid striped bass, white bass, catfish and largemouth bass. Texas Fishing License and Regulations
